Terms & Conditions: The following describes the terms that apply to participation in the Baselane Promotional Program (“Program”) offered by Skylight Financial Services, Inc. (“Baselane”).
This Program is offered solely by Baselane, and not by any named merchant or any other third party.
Eligible Participants: are individuals who meet all of the following requirements: received this offer directly from Baselane as a pop-up banner on our website; and
have not previously collected any rent payments via Baselane’s Rent Collection tool; and have not previously funded a Baselane Banking account.
Eligibility Requirements: You can only receive this bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts you open. You must 1) have or open a new Baselane Banking account (accounts are subject to approval), 2) deposit an aggregate total of $500 or more in new money across your Baselane banking accounts within 30 days of initially receiving the offer directly from Baselane via email, 3) maintain at least an average $500 aggregate balance across your Baselane banking accounts for 30 days from the date the initial $500 deposit requirement is satisfied.
After you have completed all the above requirements, we will deposit a bonus of $100 into your Baselane banking account within 30 days. Offer is good for one-time use. Baselane reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. You are responsible for determining the tax incidence of any bonuses received under this program and acknowledge that such bonuses may be reported on IRS Form 1099 INT (or Form 1042 S, if applicable).
Baselane is not liable for payment delays caused by named merchants or any third-party vendors. Baselane reserves the right to exclude any users from participating in the Program for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or if suspicious activities are observed, including without limitation, in the case of payments to and from the same individual or entity, payments between relatives or close associates, and other actions inconsistent with a bona fide landlord/tenant relationship. Baselane also reserves the right to stop or make changes to the Program at any time. Baselane values your privacy and the security of your personal information, so please do not include your Social Security number in any email or letter that you send to us.

The Baselane Visa® Business Debit Card is issued by Thread Bank; Member FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Please see the back of your Card for its issuing bank. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Thread Bank is not affiliated with the Program and does not administer it. This Program and any other reward programs offered in connection are the sole responsibility of Baselane and its service providers.

3Terms and conditions apply to the cash back rewards program. 1% cash back is credited instantly following purchase with no maximum spend. No minimum spend applies. ATM transactions, the purchase of money orders or cash equivalents, and account funding made with your debit card are not eligible for cash back. 4Some states require an interest-bearing escrow account for security deposits while some don’t require interest. User is responsible to check state laws along with rules for collecting and reimbursing a refundable security deposit.
